Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VeltaFi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Service Description

VeltaFi provides treasury management tools including yield optimization, credit facilities, risk monitoring, and compliance controls. Our platform operates a non-custodial model where value-moving transactions require explicit user authorization.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to legally incorporated businesses that have completed KYB verification. Country and industry eligibility restrictions apply and are enforced at onboarding.

4. Fees

Fees are disclosed in your subscription plan and billing dashboard. A management fee is applied as a percentage of assets under management. Variable rate changes are reflected in real time on your dashboard.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. VeltaFi reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

VeltaFi is not liable for losses arising from variable rate changes, market conditions, third-party service interruptions, or user error. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
